Zoom, líder do Gartner Magic Quadrant 2018 para soluções de reunião

A Gartner, empresa líder mundial em consultoria em pesquisa e tecnologia da informação, publicou o relatório Magic Quadrant 2018 para soluções de reunião.

O Zoom é uma plataforma para videoconferência e serviços de webconferência, usada por mais de 250.000 empresas em todo o mundo.

Neste ano de 2018, nos posicionamos em segundo lugar no quadrante de líderes, e o conteúdo explica os principais pontos fortes e fracos da Zoom e de todos os fornecedores incluídos no relatório.

Aqui deixamos o gráfico onde vencemos a Microsoft e o Zoom está consolidado em segundo lugar.

 

De acordo com o relatório Magic Quadrant 2018 da Gartner, os pontos fortes que a Zoom oferece aos nossos clientes com soluções para reuniões são:

  • A expansão do mercado de Zoom é impressionante, com um maior número de data centers e uma crescente adoção entre compradores, grandes empresas e ensino superior.
  • Os clientes de referência da Zoom indicaram que a consistência e confiabilidade de seus serviços e a qualidade do vídeo são pontos fortes convincentes

 

Mas também existem precauções publicadas no relatório que tomamos como recomendações para melhorar nossa plataforma e fornecer a melhor experiência de videoconferência aos nossos usuários.

Entre essas recomendações estão:

 

  • O painel de administração do Zoom, embora seja útil para os profissionais de tecnologia da informação monitorarem sua adoção e desempenho do serviço em nuvem, poderia usar algumas melhorias adicionais para fornecer maior visibilidade e controle de suas soluções de sala de conferência.
  • A Zoom mantém um modelo de vendas diretas para uma alta porcentagem de seus negócios, o que às vezes pode criar um conflito com os compradores que preferem usar um revendedor de terceiros
  • A Zoom poderia atender melhor seus clientes se melhorasse sua presença global, de acordo com as informações fornecidas por alguns de seus clientes de referência.
